Negotiation involves compromise, and soon enough, many of his supporters may come to realize his positions on a wall, freezing Muslim immigration, and competing against China are not final positions, but starting ones.”
That's true of any candidate in any election (except liberals of course). The trick is to at least be on the right side of things when you get elected and have to get down to the business of getting deals passed.
