The words "native born" are yours and those of other Birthers. They appear NOWHERE in the Constitution. Our Founding Fathers were FAR more literate than most products of gummint edjumakashun today. If they meant "native born," they would have written and enacted "native born." Since you are persisting in the use of the irrelevant and non-constitutional term "native born," are you purposely trying to confuse others with a term that you well know appears nowhere in the Constitution? Yes, it would certainly seem so, until proven otherwise.

WHERE Ted Cruz was born is utterly irrelevant, as with Obozo and McCain and Weicker, since in both cases, mom was an American citizen and that was all that was necessary for her son to be an NBC. Marco Rubio was born in the USA whether his parents were citizens or not and THAT was all that was needed for him to be an NBC.

Now, despising Weicker more than any other politician as I do since he combines the social revolutionary commitments and performance of Moral Monster Mitt Romney with the murderous intentions (toward babies at least) of Charles Manson and the rapacious fiscal greed of Clan Rockefeller for Other People's $$$$$ all expressed as public policy, I am willing to entertain evidence on the possibility that he was not an NBC. It may have been a mixup at the Paris in which his mother's major bowel movement was mistaken for an infant and that Satan, somehow animated that excrement until it became a 6'8" and 400 pound servant of Satan non-pareil. Until evidence is presented, however, his NBC status is presumed on the citizenship of his parents and his trust fund. A rebuttable presumption in Weicker's case, but a presumption nonetheless. When he goes to his eternal, ummmm, reward below, the evil he consistently did in life will long outlive him.
