How do you wave off WKA and Rogers v. Bellei? By predicting that SCOTUS is going to rule against its own precedents that involve naturalizing citizens at birth, when the case involves a president-elect or a candidate for the office? That everybody else who gets citizenship by 8 USC 1401 is naturalized, but when that person runs for the office they will be deemed to have been born in the US?

Why are you so fixated on the Birther issue? You think the Supreme Court is God? Are you this fixated over Roe v. Wade? Or do you think the Supreme Court always gets it right?
