I think the reason it’s an issue is Levin isn’t disclosing the connection when he’s talking politics. That’s really the issue. It’s not about him changing stripes, it’s about disclosure.
Some will interpret that as trying to “destroy” Levin or as “trashing” Levin. Why they would do so is really only known to them. Seems a little criticism of Levin is simply not allowed to be uttered. That’s as disgusting as anything.
It may look that way to some but if he were to come out and say his potential adult stepson worked for Cruz then he would be discredited by some anyway. There is no way he can be seen as some as objective for something he has no control. I find it funny that Mary Matalin has credibility being MARRIED to James Carville. Also if you listen to Levin he was very supportive of Trump until he started this birther thing against Cruz. Also the nobody likes Cruz because he is a nasty man. I live in New York State and my congressman is Katko and if he and Long Island Congressman Peter King don’t like Cruz I can’t think of a better reason to like Cruz.
