There are thousands of cases that find a person born abroad to be naturalized. We don;t have to settle an NBC case on some other basis, for Cruz.

Your homo marriage is a good example. Maybe SCOTUS will find that "natural born" means "naturalized", just like it found homo marriage in the 14th amendment. SCOTUS is a disgrace anyway, who says it can;t write out the NBC clause, amending the constitution, by fiat. After all, Obama proves that Congress already did, and we all know the constitution is written on toilet paper.

Some defender of the constitution you turn out to be. Subversive, that's what you are. You spit on your country.

As a veteran I can assure you I am a defender as I have my blood sweat and tears to defend her. I’m merely bringing up a point of view not a belief.

You’re barking up the wrong tree if you are calling me subversive in the defense of America and her values. Hell I’ll go one further as a vet. Not only am I a vet but didn’t take the easy way out by going Air Force Navy Coast Guard (slight friendly snub to my other get buds of other branches) if anything I took the hardest path :-)) USMC for life

No, we spit on the anal retentive Birther nonsense which is the weapon du jour of the Trumpettes with those that fall for it. SCOTUS is certainly a disgrace and a lot of us who you charge with “subversion” are just not eager to depend on a crapshoot of The Donald as to future SCOTUS nominations, although a crapshoot of The Donald at least gives some possibility of a constitutionalist nominee or two and Comrades Hillary and Bernie won’t. Don’t push it, though. The Donald’s history, personality and manners mean he is on a short leash.
