If they ask if he is taking it off the table and he says he won’t discuss his position at that time. In NO WAY does that mean he refuses to take if off of the table. By your flawed logic, you could make the same case that he refused to discuss it because he DID take it off of the table.

Cruz held the position that he refused to discuss it, but NEVER stated anything about legalization until he RE-PUBLISHED his full position. If you really were a voting age Texan then you would know that Cruz already is on WRITTEN RECORD for not supporting amnesty or legalization, which is why he won the Senate position, while also doing poorly with hispanics in Texas. That is a FACT!
