I’m not a mind reader so you would have to ask Cruz that. However, not stating a position is different that stating one. Cruz refused to state a position AT THAT TIME and you incorrectly inferred a position. Then when Cruz later re-published his full position, you incorrectly inferred that he changed his position. The problem is not Cruz; the problem is that you hear part of something and then immediately jump to conclusions and make up your own facts based on your limited knowledge of the issues and your Trump biases. That is why you are consistently proven wrong on FR by so many posters.

Again, Cruz was referring directly to the Gang of 8 bill and not to his personal position on the topic. You really need to stop taking things out of context. It really discredits your whole argument. Please find me ANY quote directly from Cruz in which he uses the words “I supported legalization”. If you can’t find a quote with those verbatim words then your are grasping at straws and allowing your hatred of Cruz to incorrectly set your agenda again.
