Well yeah, it’s very close. I don’t think either one can claim to have Iowa in the bag.

Why? Earlier IA poll today showed Trump ahead by 1. Both are within MOE. That means in the last eight IA polls, Cruz is 2-7-1, and three of those are 1-2 points difference. I’d say old mo is with the Donald.

Polling didn’t really account for Terry Branstad saying he hoped Ted lost and urging Iowa voters not vote for Ted.

Also, the big news of Palin for Trump isn’t fully factored in this poll.

Lets wait for next Tuesday’s polls to see how it all plays out. This is all status quo and inside the MOE.

One thing more Trump is now first putting up campaign commercials in IOWA. I don’t think it looks good for Ted.
Trump is the one with the momentum.
