Seems possible. Trump could be a Rove/RINO plant. Something voters will need to evaluate for themselves.
It’s just as possible Cruz is a Rino plant.
Cruz called the Senate majority leader a liar in July. He says he wants to break up the Washington cartel.
So the evil cartel has punished him by censure and removed him from committees, or at least removed him from his subcommittee chairs, right?
Nope. His punishment for open rebellion has been verbal and unofficial.
After the Supreme Court mandated a right to homosexual marraige, Cruz called for retention elections of Supreme Court justices. This constitutional change isn’t likely to happen anytime soon, but for a candidate with eligibility questions that can only be finally decided by that court, it seems to be an unwise proposal.
Maybe he has cartel assurance that his eligibility problem won’t get that far, or that the court that propped up Obamacare twice as well as forcing “gay” marraige on the country will suddenly become conservative Cruz fans if it does get that far.
It’s easy to cast Rino aspersions. Perhaps when GOPe candidates and super pacs start spending millions to attack Cruz, or make him sign a pledge to not run third party, then those aspersions will seem far fetched.
