Trump supporters may actually be waking up now to find that they have been taken in by the blowhard. He now is a big backer of ethanol, hoping that this will help him in Iowa.

Ethanol is what you are forced to have in your gasoline: it harms engines, cost more than gasoline, and lowers the energy value of the fuel. It is all a racket to prop up Iowa farmers, and most politicians back it (using environmental policy as a cover) because Iowa has the first presidential primary contest.

Ted Cruz has stood up to this. So, he is being attacked by Iowa’s Governor, who of course favors the farmer-racketeers.

I think coming out today in favor of ethanol trying to HELP Iowa will show the true conservatives he is NOT the conservative they were hoping for.
Wait until he endorses gay marriage, and destroys our social value system... and IT WILL HAPPEN.

That is why they have the need to be first. They want the farm subsidies and if they had their primary in June, they wouldn't have any leverage against all the Crony politicians.

It takes a lot of courage for a Primary Candidate to stand up to the Iowa farm lobby in Iowa.

Trump has no principles. He will pander to everyone. Just watch him. By the time the general election comes around, he will be running to the left of Bernie Sanders.

Not only does it cause fuel prices to rise due to the cost to make it. It also drives up the price of corn and in turn meat. Specifically Pork and Beef prices
