If Trump is now something of a problem for Rush, and he doesn't say it but implies it, then he to a degree has himself to thank for the situation.

Frankly, I for a long time didn't want Trump involved. I thought it was a clown act. But as time has gone by, my mind on that hasn't changed. But I've decided I want Trump to put results in place of the stuff that has come out his mouth. So he has my support.

But if Rush has any bad feelings about Trump's status in the polls and chances of winning, he only need look in the mirror for a large portion of the reason.

The bottom line is I BELIEVE TRUMP!!!!! He says what ever he wants OFF THE CUFF, and he won’t back down!!! I am well aware Trump has PLENTY of skeletons in his closet, I DON’T GIVE A DAMN!!! SOMEONE is FINALLY fighting back!!!!
