Uh oh. This is quite the conundrum! Now for all these years on FR you must pick one or the other or there are lines drawn that must not be crossed, massive purges if you choose the “wrong camp.” FRee speech thrown out the proverbial window.
If you choose Trump you’re a traitor and ostracized from the Freeper Community. Same for Cruz. Now the Queen of Conservative, and probably the only one out of both of them with any “balls” Palin, endorses Trump.

This is a much welcome affront to Barbara Bush, also, after her absurd remarks about Sarah Palin. Her remarks certainly didn’t help Jeb.

Have some of the people making rude, nasty and insulting remarks bothered to consider that Sarah Palin is the one who gave Ted Cruz his soap box. She actively campaigned to get him elected... He said he wouldn’t have been elected without her support. She knows both Trump and Cruz. For whatever reason she has lined up behind Trump. Maybe she actually knows a little more than the average person posting here even those who are now feeling very disappointed?
I will happily support either candidate if they win the nomination. Let’s try to remember how important it is that we win this next presidential election. Our country is currently on the road to ruin. We need a powerful leader will have the gumption and ability to reverse our course. He also will need the ability to deal with those on the other side. Trump is a deal maker.
I for one greatly admire Sarah Palin and her opinion and decision on this matter is very important to me. She is an amazing person and with the help of God has accomplished more than I would ever hope to. The insults from those who have made them only change my opinion of them.
What a fantastic endorsement for Trump.

So the reports are true. Still love you Sarah, the Donald is a LOT of good things but a conservative he is not.

This doesn’t surprise me much. Sarah got kicked in the gut by McCain, his people and the GOPe at large. Cruz tried the anti-establishment thing but it did not resonate (I am not faulting Cruz; I have a LOT of respect for him), Trump is kicking not only the GOPe in the teeth but also the DNC at large and the media for certain. It should be no surprise she would align with Trump who is doing the most damage to those who went out of their way to damage her.
I won’t bash on Trump too much for his perosnal business life and what he did to grease palms. I have known more than a few small business owners who had to budget in greasing palms at the county levels to get things done in a timely manner that were mandated in county law (i.e., time frame). At Trump’s level, I don’t think I can imagine the bullshit he put up with and put up himself to get what he wanted done.
If Cruz does not win the nomination, I hope at the very least he and Trump “make up” and Cruz get’s a JUICY appointment where he can make a real difference for “us” out here (I would love it to be a SCOTUS appointment).
At any rate, good for Trump on this endorsement and good for Sarah for stepping back in; she’s gonna catch flack but the woman knows how to handle it now.
Change the name of this site to PopulistRepublic. Trump and Palin are both flirting with it.
