I can’t watch this at work. I’d like to know WHY is he for Ethanol Mandates, Subsidies etc? It’s so far the only thing that puzzles me? On the other hand I might be naïve about this.

For example, with the price of oil dropping why are we putting Ethanol in our cars? Also, is the ethanol derived from actual foodstuffs? ie corn, or is it from non edible foodstuffs such as corn cobs?

IF we’re using food to burn into Ethanol, that is sinful.

They make a mash out of the corn and ferment it. The residual product is then used in cattle feed.

The corn used to produce ethanol is not the same variety that is used for human consumption. You would not like eating this corn - trust me on that ... I live in Nebraska - Home of the Corn Hustlers - er, I mean “Huskers,” yeah, that’s it.
