No surprise. Heidi is a Harvard B-school grad who’s found herself stuck in what is the relative backwater of Houston. It might as well be Pago Pago, for all the difference it makes, career-wise. Cruz is a middle class striver who’s done a lot with what he’s been given. Unlike Trump, the son of a millionaire finagler who milked federal programs for money, Cruz wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He could have turned out like his sister, but didn’t.
