He is a staggering idiot. The mfg jobs in Asia are low-skill, low-pay. Apple is a juggernaut at creation of jobs in the US and these are largely high-skill, high-pay. Here are a few numbers that Apple put out one year ago; these have been criticized by some as overly optimistic. Even if you cut them, 50%, it is still amazing job creation.

It has 8,000 U.S.-based suppliers with materials coming from 31 states.
It spent more than $3 billion with U.S. suppliers running small or diverse businesses last year.
The last time Apple released its estimate for job creation, in 2012, it pegged the number at 598,500 in the U.S. The company reported having 50,250 U.S. jobs at the time.
I could see Trump really fouling everything up with his huge ego.
