You can imply all you want. If he said “BANGING”, then the assertion is correct.
Since he said that if she was not his daughter, he'd like to be dating her (paraphrasing, but using the same adjectives), then the implication is left to the reader's discretion.
The posted link had a writer who took the statement and cut off the end of the sentence and left out the word dating and everything after it, then stating “well, I don't have to finish THAT sentence now, do I”?
So you are basically stating your thought processes parallel this deceitful, lowbrow “journalist”? Not everyone thinks that dating equals intercourse, although it is typical of most dating couples in this day and age.
Being only 50, I still remember the days when dating was “supposed” to be sexless until marriage, and although probably only around %50 followed that guideline (WAG), not all dating couples were jumping into bed ASAP as most do currently. Hey, even in the 90’s, it at least was restricted to “not before the 3rd date” (Yeah, I've been around, I'm no prude, and I don't believe that he was directly insinuating what you and others state he must have been, i.e. the word and/or act of BANGING HIS DAUGHTER IF HE WASN'T HIS DAUGHTER).
He didn't state what the poster insisted he did, and you, along with the poster, are merely insinuating to push a specific point of view and characterization out of personal bias, IMO.
