The Constitution does not require that the president be a human being. That being said there is the 35 year old requirement, so I doubt if your dogs would meet the threshold for qualifications. But then with a liberal court you might get a ruling that for dogs, the requirement is in doggie years.
Go ahead and enter them in the race. It would be nice to see some real dogs in this dog and pony show.
LOL, thanks. They could probably do a better job in any 3 of the branches of government than our current crop. I have another bonus:
I can pay them off in dog treats instead of lobbyist money. We could balance the budget!
FYI, if dog years equal 7x human, my dogs qualify. Of course there is the possibility they won’t live out their elected terms of office, unless they are appointed to SCOTUS.
