Blacks not having economic opportunites??? Tell it to Herman Cain and Ben Carson, to name a few. The blacks in the “hood” are economic wrecks thanks to decades of Democrat handouts like the New Deal and Great Society. Democrats created the slums and now they pretend to be concerned.
