The NBC News-YouTube Democratic presidential candidates' debate, hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus Institute.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley are gathered in Charleston, South Carolina for the live event at the Gaillard Center Theater.
