This is a great idea. I think it will get it resolved before the primaries go too far. Trump is giving Ted a legal way to get in front of this. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why anybody on this board doesn’t see the media and the rats not letting this go if Ted is on the ticket as CiC or VP. They will run negative ads and BS articles until the only thing the low info voter sees is a Canadian trying to run the USA.

If anybody is REALLY interested in a little “light” reading on the subject, the so called “birthers” rely on a book that is KNOWN to have strongly influenced the drafters of the Constitution, Emer de Vattel’s “Law of Nations”. Pay particular attention to Sections 212, 213 and 214. I think this will answer any questions and educate you on what everybody is talking about when they say “Born ON THE LAND to TWO [already] citizen parents.” The book is available free on the internet at http://lf-oll.s3.amazonaws.com/titles/2246/Vattel_1519_LFeBk.pdf . In my opinion, after extensive research, is that Cruz has a problem, as do Rubio, Jindal [if he’d stayed in the race) and probably Santorum, as one or both of their respective parents had not completed the US naturalization process at the time of their births. Bring it on - but please read the relevant sections of the book (they’re pretty short) before you launch the rotten fruits and veggies at me!!
