No Court has touched the Constitutional requirement for holding the office of president... Nor has Congress, even though they did seem to see a need to bless lord McCain to be eligible...

I think you have gone off the deep end... Cruz has not said and cannot say I am a natural born US Citizen per the ‘original intent’ of the Constitution...
