So when was the last time a Democrat appointed either a moderate or conservative to the Supreme Court? They never do as they thoroughly bet them. Republicans are afraid of the fight to nominate solid conservatives unless a deal is struck to give away one of their appointments.
Remember Robert Bork? He didn’t make it, but would have been a GREAT Supreme Justice. He was borked, as we now call it, by that fat woman-murderer Tedward Kennedy.
