It is hard to determine who the GOPe dislikes more, Trump or Cruz. IMO they want to destroy them both to pave the way for Rubio or Bush. The GOPe will fan the flames seeing this as an opportunity to take them both out.
Trump and Cruz are going at one another like two scorpions in a bottle. Whoever emerges will be damaged to one degree or another. It opens the way for the GOPe. I wish the Trump/Cruz battle happened a little later in the race.
Two more weeks to Iowa. Once some elections are past us I think the rhetoric will die down.
Ordinarily i would agree.
but when you have the higher ups telling their men in the field that whoever the candidate is they will support them instead of telling us on the ground level anything else it makes you wonder.

I think you’re right. I’ve read articles on FR that the GOPe wants to take Trump out first as Cruz would be easy to take out after that.
