Cruz and Mr. Superior ... should be interesting. Except that Cruz won’t hit him which I’m always wanting someone to do.
I agree with what you said.
BTW - have been watching the Trump interview with Jake Tapper on CNN - more coming up after the ads. IMHO Trump is doing a good job. Stephy coming up soon so will watch he and Trump then.
Thanks, Bray, I noticed on some of the threads that you are a Trump guy and I’ll admit to being a little surprised because of your obvious faith-based writings.
But, as always, you make a good case.
From what I read, Trump makes Sephanopolis look like an adolescent in this morning's show.
A nice guy will come along, baby.
No way I can hate all lawyers as my Daddy was one and my oldest nephew is one.
Daddy was one way back in the day. I have his law licenses from Kansas, from the Territory of Oklahoma and from Texas.
He had some stories to tell and he told them.
The Trump Triad
Genius at communicating
Excellent at delivering
Mastery of executive leadership
I agree. This is my favorite thread and I’m not getting into candidates because I’ve discovered to my horror that I can be as mean as a snake.
I thought the triad was that three-prong pointy tool that the god Neptune carries around.
That brought a smile.
Definitely. Cruz has gotten a ton of publicity out of this fight.
Trump has a big head start but nobody’s voted yet and two of us won’t ... Bray won’t and I won’t because I live in Hawaii and haven’t registered yet. But how many electoral votes does Hawaii have anyway? I need to look that up.
Well, apparently it has something to do with Nuclear deterrence too.
Don’t forget of course Chinese organized crime syndicate.
Caught Ted Cruz on Fox News Sunday. He handled Crissie’s gotcha questions masterfully. No bombast or bragging, just straightforward answers to the issues. He made great points contrasting his approach on defeating ISIS to Hussein’s and showed how he would regain some the of the respect America has lost. His response to the changing his vote accusation was something I did not realize and made it clear that it was a mistake on his staff’s part but that once he realized the problem, he corrected it.
Well, this is nothing compared to 2012. I have only recently been released from psychiatric care for the abuse I suffered in 2012.
But I kinda enjoy the threads. You learn a lot about the candidates (and I mean the only viable ones- Cruz and Trump).
I do not post to people who indulge in personal insults and I try not to do so myself.
Well, I’m all alone here, politically speaking and it’s as close to a discussion group as I can get. But if it upsets you, please don’t do it ... it’s not worth it.
Sorry, Neptune packs a TRIDENT.
(Thought that I’d pass that word along before one of the real sailors around here gets indignant about it.)
Nothing...they are both rolled in mud prior to baking.
I figure most folks got that I was just funnin’
I think that is an unfounded generalization.
I think most Cruz supporters will support Trump if he is nominated ... not sure why you would think otherwise.
In fact, I was almost equally for Trump a month or so ago with Cruz getting the edge.
I don’t like him anymore but I won’t go into the reasons on this thread but I will certainly vote for him.
They are not off to an auspicious start. Hope they can get it together & come back.
