Someone can. I’m not as savvy on such sources as others might be.
Anyone who wants to do it on Donald can do so too... but again we need to evaluate such data against who the person is claiming to BE. A negotiator who has been all over the map is not necessarily bad. A negotiator who has not honored what he has negotiated (barring force majeure) is a different matter.
Maybe we should put this out on a rally thread. Surly someone on one of those is a better techie than we 2 are. :-)
