Cruz though, has a foreign born birth certificate. That is his first hurdle... He has no US birth certificate... And was still a Canadian citizen until around two years ago...

The real controversy is will we as a nation follow original intent of the founders or do we follow the liberals lead in the Constitution is a living breathing document.

Original intent gave only a US citizen father ability to pass on natural born standing.

Tribe, Cruz's former law professor has no problem with the concept of living breathing Constitution... But he also rightly points out Cruz has claimed he believes in ‘original’ intent... Except for himself.
