Congress can pass a constitutional amendment striking out the words “native born” and require the President to be a US citizen, period.

That would open the Presidency to both naturalized and native born Americans.

If you think archaic 18th Century wording should disqualify an American born in Calgary from running for President, its stupid.

Why can he be a loyal Senator or Congressman but not President? That’s what its really all about.
