This is why we are all here as conservatives - because we loathe the extreme power of the state. We’re all guilty of allowing the state to grow out of control”.
That’s terrible. If you have the financial wherewithal to leave NY, would you use it as soon as possible? I’m financial stuck in MD for the time being, but can’t wait to leave.
All states have that power. It makes no difference what state you are in if you fall in trouble with the IRS. You should know that.
