Melisa and Jennifer McCarthy are shockingly malicious thugs, and no punishment would be too severe for them. I don't want to know what they do in privacy or with people who voluntarily participate in their ceremony, but to compel Americans to participate against their will is pure evil.
18 U.S. Code SS 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
"Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States . . . shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."
I'd be okay with executing the predatory plaintiffs and the judge who abused his power to punish these Christians. I'd rather see them repent, but failing that, I'd like to (lawfully) make an example of them so this degree of miscarriage of justice will never again occur. The law should not be used as a hammer to deny people the free exercise of their religion. Compelling participation is thuggish and has nothing to do with the proper scope of judicial action. Pro-buggery thuggery does not belong in a free country.
“The New York Division of Human Rights ruled...”
I just have to ask, is this based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights?
