“Has Trump read the Constitution? Yes or no?”

Why would you want to ask me such an asinine question?

However, Take Ted Cruz, for example, the fleshly incarnation of the Constitution according to his supporters. The man is simply perfection in all his ways and thoughts. He doesn’t have to read the Constitution, he IS the Constitution.

The writers of the Constitution placed in the Constitution a treaty protection clause. For a treaty to be made into law, a two-thirds majority of the Senate has to approve it. Cruz could probably point to the area in his brain where that clause is imprinted in his synapses.

The White House got together with Senator Corker of Tennessee and wrote a bill — the Corker bill — that allowed Obama to implement his Iranian treaty. Obama knew he could not get the Iranian treaty through the senate as a treaty, so he took that description off of it and submitted it as a piece of legislation. The Corker bill required a two-thirds majority to KILL the bill. Your man Cruz, despite being the Constitution in the flesh, and overlooking the obvious smear on the Constitution, voted for the bill. It was part of the Obama agenda. Obama wanted that bill passed so badly. He called up a whole lot of politicians personally. The bill passed with Senator Cotton of Arkansas being the only Republican senator to vote against it.

Now, Cruz goes about the country, campaigning against the very bill he voted for and help to pass. Cruz vows to scuttle the bill the first thing he does if he is elected president. So that begs the question: Why in the world did he vote for it? Rush says that Obama goes about the country campaigning against his own polices. I suppose Cruz got that from Obama.
