They probably would have ordered him strung up for treason.
I'll read the rest later, I'm sure she means well, but that's a ridiculous statement. That's exactly what they anticipated. That's why they give Congress powers of impeachment. Whether the people force Congress to use its powers is up to them. I think it's coming, in a big way.
The framers also covered what to do about a “president” committing identity fraud, probably because he is an enemy alien combatant!!!
This article is nonsense.
I have no great fondness for Barack Obama, but the destruction of our Republic has not been brought about solely by one power-mad president. It has taken the willing acquiecense of the so-called Republican party for all these massive Federal power-grabs to take place. The fact is that there is only one political party in the United States, and it has no concern for the interests of the American people or the preservation of liberty.
Our so-called “opposition” party is a bunch of worthless bought-and-paid-for golbalist/corporatist whores. That is the real story here.

The American Founders and signers of the Constitution, despite their brilliance, failed to anticipate a president who would take the law-making powers they had given solely to the peoples’ Congress into his own hands
****************************************************
No they didn’t, the put Art.2 Sec1 in there and we ignored it at our peril. Ineligible usurpers don’t have any reason to feel constrained.
they couldn’t imagine a future leader who would don metaphorical crown and ermine robes to impose his imperial will upon a people conceived in liberty.

Yes, they could. That’s why they specified only a natural born citizen could be President.
“The Founders Would Vote to Impeach Barack Obama”
“Aint nobody got time fo that!”
-George Washington as he orders gallows to be built
The problem is that the lawmakers who have the power to impeach Obama need to be impeached. And the citizens who can use their voting muscle to get rid of corrupt lawmakers are low-information people who have essentially never been taught about the federal governments constitutionally limited powers.
For the want of a nail......
An oppositon party would have prevented an usurper from assuming office, but the GOP wanted to run their own ineligible candidates.
It has taken the willing acquiecense of the so-called Republican party people twice for all these massive Federal power-grabs to take place.
Obama is the president they all warned us about.
amen..... there isn’t time for such a nicety as a long drawn out trial with all the superfluous appeals
What would Jesus do?
VOTE TO IMPEACH
The Founders would have died laughing at the mere thought of his running for office.
Not only would they have found him guilty of treason, they wouldn’t have had him any where near the Presidency...
LIVE BY THE LAWS AMERICA WAS FOUNDED UPON
GO.TRUMP.GO!!!
> “But Jefferson never met constitutional expert Barack Obama. This president has seized powers light-years beyond his designated role to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed” (Article II section 3.) This president regularly proves that the Founders’ careful construction of the founding document is no match for a determined autocrat bent on breaching its firewall of checks and balances.”
Yeah, sure. As if McConnell, Boehner and Ryan had nothing to do with it.
Get your mind around this: the Founding Fathers never imagined Congress could flip off their constituents and be coddled by a Federal Reserve that creates digital funds on demand, channels them through the bond market to purchase treasuries (prop up the federal government). In other words, they don’t need voters except for show.
Further, inflation is checked because very little of the created funds is directly poured into the private sector except for favored selectees (crony capitalism). So they’ve found a way to get rich artificially without consequence.
Further again, this scheme of funding has gone global to central banks.
We are living not by the Rule of Law, but by the Rule of Central Banks. And they are the ones pushing all the Cultural Marxism because it insulates the central bankers and allows them to divide and conquer. This is why Mark Levin says, “the reality is we are living in a post-constitutional era”.
