Republican presidential hopeful Ted Cruz issued an apology to "millions of New Yorkers" at a campaign event Friday - but it's probably not the one they were looking for.
"I apologize to the millions of New Yorkers who have been let down by liberal politicians," Cruz told an audience in South Carolina.

Thought he said Cruz just needs to get it settled and then he could be his VP. Seemed like Trump was suggesting Cruz was his VP choice, just needs to get citizenship issue addressed just like McCain did prior to the election

Yep. It’s bizarre to pick a fight with a whole region. Much less the impact it will have in the Florida vote. Cruz was doing so well a couple weeks ago by sticking to policy issues, and has gone off the deep end. Very sloppy

Out of the last 5 polls at RCP. Trump is getting clobbered by Hilary Clinton in 4 of them.
Out of the last 12 polls at RCP, the only one that Trump is leading is the Fox News poll which could be an outlier and is within the margin of error. Trump is losing to Hilary in the other 11 polls.

Cruz played this one brilliantly. Now Trump’s Manhattan buddies are all coming in on his behalf, which which only further driving Cruz’s point home.
As far as most of America - snd certainly most of Iowa - is concerned Manhattan could fall off the face of the earth. Cruz knows this and is playing to it brilliantly.

Unfortunately I don’t live close and can’t afford private school. The rest of my grandkids are getting educated in TX and I’ve found a few small incidents of indoctrination slipped in but not the commie propaganda my CA kids are being fed. I know the schools out there push LGBT carp too.
I went to Beverly Hills schools when I was in school they didnt peddle that crap. They did in college but I didnt take the bait. My nephew can go to Beverly Hills schools just not sure if they are teaching that kind of nonsense now. I don’t want his head filled with that garbage..other than homeschooling its hard keeping these kids away from indoctrination from liberal teachers/professors
