Where is it allowed to have “eminent domain” in the US Constitution? Do you know?

In the 5th Amendment:

“...nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
*******************************************************************************
The defenders of EMINENT DOMAIN FOR CRONIES like to ignore “public use” in that clause.

Public use is a very wide open statement. It can mean for a military base, for an oil pipeline, for an apartment building. And it has been used for those type of issues.
