I lived in New York on election night 2012. I know who they are. It's anything-goes, a cesspool of wickedness, a wink, a nod. I have no desire to go back. Ever. The GOP is not going win New York... period... despite the good folks upstate.

No, it's Trump that's alienating a large number of supporters - those like me who until this past week supported both him and Cruz.

So all of NYC was out that night and the candidates were elected by 100%? I guarantee you that while you were out feeling superior lots of NYC was mourning. When California gives up the Folsom St Fair and Boston bans the gay parades then perhaps you could point the finger at NYC but even then you would be wrong.
