Without a doubt this was Trump’s best debate, although he’s won all the rest. He schooled every other candidate on the stage about trade with China. He was the professor, the others students. He of course was right on immigration, said cops are mistreated all over the country, and last, but not least, hit it out of the ball park on so-called “NY values” when the told the 9/11 story, with Cruz being stumped and having no comeback. Cruz knew when to shut up. But he did grin the whole time Trump was talking about 9/11, which was strange and disrespectful. Trump will rise in the polls, and Cruz will start a descent. Trump’s the next president of the United States.
Cruz has peaked and has too many brush fires to put out to pull it out in Iowa. After that NH and SC are all Trump. This looks over. Going to be a short primary season this time around.
