Fox is setting Cruz up to try and take electoral votes from Trump so Trump might not have a majority of delegates at the convention. Then the GOPe can work their dirty deals to try and steal the nomination for one of theirs.
Cruz is a tool for the GOPe, whether he realizes it or not. Even Megyn had him on last night, along with Rubio and Debbie Washerwoman Schultz. Ted is the GOPe’s biggest hope to stop Trump and make room for one of theirs, Rubio or even Jeb.
The thing about it is, two folks on Fox even said EXACTLY what Trump responded with.
And that Trump would hit it out of the park.
Yet Cruz went with the New York Values thing, anyway.
I mean, that was just plain bad judgement.
Oh well.
I still like the Trump-Cruz or Cruz-Trump ticket. Get’s both NY/California AND Texas!
Bush just said something... but it went in one ear and out the other. Now it’s Kasich’s turn.
Jeb just said something. zzzzzz
He didn’t lie. Trumps mother was born outside the U.S. which according to some of the most crackpot birther theories would make Trump ineligible. The whole point was to show how silly this birther stuff has gotten.
After the fireworks on NY NY now Yeb and Kasich (whose dad was a mailman!) to grind the show to a halt.
Trump doesn’t to Tull.
Cruz has put all his eggs in the Iowa basket. Most say if Trump loses Iowa, he'll survive but Cruz won't. So he was appealing to Iowa talking about those nasty city folk.
only if ya fall for the over dramatized stuff about the smell of death on 911
that was so transparently emotioanllyTARGETED its was actually rather SAD..to suffer through
HA! Cruz just handed TRUMP 17 million cheering New Yorkers for answering back so splendidly, by uniting together all New Yorkers against a cheap shot by Cruz.
I expect TRUMP got out of this gift that Cruz handed him as an opportunity, some votes that beforehand were Hillary voters and with that answer took them to himself.
Thank you, Ted Cruz.
Cruz has totally lost me when he attacked Trump like that.
I’m a Virginian that loves the hard working down to earth people of New York.
yep
“Cruz has totally lost me when he attacked Trump like that.”
You have made it excruciatingly clear Cruz “lost you” a long time ago.
Yes, I thought it was overplayed too.
Trump handled the Cruz New York insult very well. But there was one thing he forgot to say that could have been the line of the night: “And as far as New York I will promise you that I am the only candidate on this stage who can win New York. I WILL win New York and crush Hillary in November.”
Wow. Thank you.
It sounds like he only wants to win Iowa to save face.
There is no post that supports Cruz’ point
Better that what you just wrote
Ny is all in Bernie Sanders
Cruz just said he was just sayin lol!
