I hear ya. I’ve been through 2 market crashes and list 30-40% of savings and 401ks each time. This last November (or was it October) when the market was skittish, I told hubby I couldn’t deal with another crash. We are old enough to not be able to recoup in time PLUS we have gone Galt, will keep our income low so we’re not supporting this fascist government so having to recoup losses would ruin all that. So I sold everything just about and bought 2% CDs. It’s not much but my heart and nerves couldn’t handle anything else.

I hate to tell ya how many I’ve been through and having spent my life in the market, I’m jittery as all get out.
