My husband was born in White Plains.

His great grandfather and grandfather immigrated from Blackburn England.

His great grandfather, grandfather, and father were all firefighters in White Plains.

My husband was very offended by Ted’s remarks about New York values. I can’t repeat his exact words but you get the idea.

Anyway, his family is the epitome of American values and Ted needs to remember that the president is supposed to be the leader of all America, not just the part he prefers.

I might remind Ted Cruz that the state of New York has had, for many years a stand alone Conservative Party. They were successful in getting James Buckley, the brother of Bill Buckley elected to the United States Senate from New York!!! I love Texas...but the Cruz remarks about New York political ways are uncalled for!!!

I and my family, for many generations back, were born in NYC ( Manahattan ) and I'd be banned, if I posted what I think of Cruz's disgusting, smarmy implication re "N.Y. VALUES" and the Secret Service guys would be knocki8ng on my front door to boot!

My values and morals are far better than Cruz's and his entire family's! Nobody in MY family ever fought on the side/with/for a STINKING COMMIE! *spit*
