first, although there is good, real good, and strong reason to support conservative thought and values, the only way conservative power can ever be used is within the Republican party. That is , the republican conservative wing must continue to be strengthened to have the remotest chance of prevailing.

It should be remembered there are several conservatives of varying degrees running for president and they are all Republicans.
Our party has abandoned us in favor of corrupt bargain with fat checkbooks. Why should I support them? If money is what counts, then our votes mean nothing.
