On the Sunday broadcast of "The Cats Roundtable" on New York City's AM 970, host John Catsimatidis spoke about the upcoming 2016 presidential election with economist Arthur Laffer, a former member of President Ronald Reagan's economic policy advisory board.
Laffer not only predicted a victory for the GOP, but he would be "surprised" if they did not take as many as 47 of the 50 states.
"I would be surprised if the Republicans don't take 45, 46, 47 states out of the 50," he said. "I mean, I think we're going to landslide this election."[continued]

My dog could beat Hillary. Her most charismatic trait is her world’s phoniest smile.
He and his wife attended a Christmas Eve Mass, in Florida.
Sounds like some kind of skin condition. LOL
No but he is quite the NY character.
Doesn’t matter what your message is if people don’t hear it, or don’t relate to whom it’s coming from. Reagan won and had the effect he had not just because of his policies. He had the opportunity to implement those policies because of who he was, and because he could get people excited and to relate to him. He was charismatic. Maybe Cruz can do this. I’m not sure, and we shall see as the primaries roll out. That said, I personally don’t think the race would be anywhere near as dynamic as it is right now, or that the candidates would have as much opportunity to showcase their messages, if Trump wasn’t running. He has changed the dynamic in a very positive way.
The republicans are doing everything to undermine those that can win.
They want to lose.
Did he partake of the sacrament?
Why? Who thought Reagan would get 49 states?
He was also a gentleman and not a braggart. One of my favorite Reaganisms is "It is amazing how much you can accomplish if you don't care who takes credit for it."
I don't think Trump would let any opportunity to brag about himself go unmentioned.
Do you?
Who is “Anita Trump”?
Will the landslide look like the Laffer Curve?
2016 is not the same demos as 1980.
It will not occur.
Just some states that will not go R - california, new york, massachusettes, oregon, washington, illinois, maine, maryland, rhode island, colorado. That’s 10 right there, others have suggested more.
