i think Hillary is throwing Sullivan under the bus here: saying if anything untoward happen, it’s because of Jake Sullivan, cause she believed he knew what “was or wasn’t appropriate.” As Secretary of State, Hillary just didn’t know what was what, and was misled by trusting this man.
