But seriously, I don't think it is criminal for the government to abandon a person. There is no duty to rescue. Any civil lawsuit would be sunk by resort to state secrecy.
Corruption has many tools with which to work and hide, and the courts will cooperate 150%.

Bray... thank you. I am saving that essay. It is wonderful and told me things I had no idea about.
It is also terrifying to see the flagrant abuse of power of this administration and maybe not confined to this one.
The MSM makes a fact checked statement
....Claiming that he and Abercrombie had been friends for “decades,” Evans stated, “Neil promised me that when he became governor he was going to cut through all the red tape. He was gonna get Obama’s birth certificate, once and for all, and end this stupid controversy.”
Abercrombie has since backed off his boast that he would prove Obama’s birth this week, since Hawaii law prevents personal information such as birth records to be released.
Evans went on to tell KQRS that he talked “with Neil’s office, Neil says that he’s searched everywhere using his power as governor” at the two hospitals Obama was likely born at in 1961 - Kapiolani Medical Center and Queens Medical Center - only to come up empty.
“There is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii,” Evans claimed he was told by the governor’s office. “Absolutely no proof that he was born in Hawaii... now [Abercrombie] admits, publically, that there is no birth certificate.”...
Then the IRS, DOJ, and a gaggle of Chicago mafia types fly in to meet with the wayward jourolist.
...Evans now says it was all a big misunderstanding...

At that level of Command & Control, I should think that the force would proceed toward the target until they reached a "Fail Safe" point where they get final authorization to proceed. If they don't hear anything, they just do a 180 and RTB.
Been a while since I was anywhere around stuff like that, but that's my best guess based on my scant (and ancient) experience.

You’re so right. Why are we all terrified of the IRS if we’re so dang free. Also, this new idea Obama has of making doctors report people they deem mentally ill to the FBI.
My doctor is crazy too so I may keep going to her but it gives way too much power to doctors and government.

No such thing as retroactive citizenship. His parents could have elected the option not to apply for citizenship. The only reason the statue talks about citizenship by birth is to differentiate it from the naturalization process. The reality is that Cruz was a Canadian citizen at first breath.
I agree about us eating out own. Afraid we will end up with Rubio as nominee because of it.

Here’s my observation:
Most if not all Trump supporters will gladly vote for Cruz should the tide turn for some reason; most Cruz supporters, however, will only vote for Cruz. If their guy doesn’t win the nomination, they’ll sit home on election night having a pity party. Sadly, a good portion of these clowns fancy themselves Patriots.
The best information I had on where zero was during the fighting at benghazi was that Valerie Jarrett had brought in a 10 year old Kenyan using a white van to entertain 0 for about a two or three hours time. And zero was blitzed out of his mind that’s what I got out of what I looked up. Others may have other information that I don’t have but that’s what I got.
Wow, Rodguy!!! are you serious? That is a fabulous story but it sounds unreal. Things are so bad with these people I don’t even know what to believe. Ohmigosh.
