Fyi, nine presidents not born in the US. I’m sure they understood the Constitution more than birther nuts.

George Washington

John Adams

Thomas Jefferson

James Madison

James Monroe

John Quincy Adams

Andrew Jackson

Martin Van Buren

William Henry Harrison

Wow. That’s really silly. The Constitution itself quite explicitly grandfathered them in.

In earlier discussions, it was about both. Did Stanley Ann have the necessary years after her 14th birthday to pass on citizenship to her son? There are facts that say he was born under the necessary requirement of 10 years total US residency and 4 years after the age of 14, for his citizen mother. The issue of where he was born would have made him a British citizen if he was born in the British protectorate, Kenya. If he was born in Kenya, his citizenship would have gone to his father, a native of Kenya. In both cases, Zer0 would not be a “natural born citizen.” Hence, the cover ups and false birth certificates. Someday, we will know for sure.

That is now in the study guide that they give to all who want to become NATURALIZED CITIZENS; at least it was 10 years ago. And it clearly states that BOTH parents have to be citizens of this nation at the time of the child's birth.

Of course Obama broke that law, but he's a DEM.

From the article:

Neal Katyal, who was acting solicitor general in the Obama administration from May 2010 to June 2011, and Paul Clement, solicitor general from 2004 to 2008 in the George W. Bush administration, said, "As Congress has recognized since the Founding, a person born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent is generally a U.S. citizen from birth with no need for naturalization. And the phrase 'natural born citizen' in the Constitution encompasses all such citizens from birth.

The bolded section is a blatant lie. Through most of American history an individual born in circumstances like Cruz would NOT have been considered a citizen from birth.

And that being the case, the second part simply cannot be true.

If you were made a citizen by statute, you can't have been made a citizen by nature. The two things are mutually exclusive.

Ted Cruz will win the nomination and easily beat Hilary Clinton in the general election. He is currently crushing Hillary in head to head polls.

This commentary—a long read—nails the truth of the matter:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3381827/posts

You may have already found it. However, I thought it was excellent. It took me back to the time I was researching the natural born status of Zer0. That research really educated me to the significance of the discussion about Senator Cruz. I do not think he will endure the coming barrage that will come down over his natural born status. It is written in the Constitution and there has been no amendment changing it.

So you believe a person 35 years old, conceived via IVF between a US citizen mother’s egg and donated sperm by a Danish man, then embryo implanted into the womb of a woman with Pakistani citizenship but then raised by the US citizen mother married to a German citizen in Mongolia is eligible to be the President of The United States?

Chuckle!
Trumpet wishful thinking and wet dreams anyone?
There is no “barrage”, there will be no “barrage”, Cruz will smoke Trump and CRUSH Hilary Clinton. Just start getting used to it.

Better get used to it, Trumpbot. Yesterday's Fox poll had Ted Cruz crushing Hilary Clinton by 7%, and that is with Cruz having only a 77% recognition amongst voters. Wait till the remaining 23% of voters get to know him. He will blow Hilary out of the water.
