Yep- she’s gonna weasel out of this somehow- Was thinking today IF there is no ‘electronic trail’ of her aid actually sending that info- then all she will have to say is “Nah- We never actually did it, I was just thinking out loud in my email to him trying to find a way to expedite the issue, , and thinking better of it later phoned him to say he shouldn’t do that” or some such lie- You watch, she wil l skate on this one too UNLESS there is an electronic trail

The State Department has said it has been unable to find any evidence that the document in question was emailed to Clinton. The fact that it was meant to be sent through a secure fax does not necessarily mean that it was classified, the agency said.

So they are covering her either way. They won't release any classified emails so we won't see any evidence if the doc was classified. Then she can lie like you point out. Or State Dept will show us an unclassified email and say this was the one she was referring to.
