I'm sorry, but as much as I like and respect Cruz how is he going to be elected in a nation that voted for Obama twice?
His theory is to change the electoral dynamic by activating the huge numbers of evangelicals that sit out the presidential elections. The idea has been supply them with a candidate they can really support, and they will show up in large enough numbers that the democrat coalition will be overwhelmed, even with the usual margin of cheating.
Is it a good theory? I think he’s got a shot at making it work. He certainly has me on board.
