Eleanor Darragh, mother of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 97% , was born in Delaware on Nov. 23, 1934, establishing her citizenship by birth-and, according to U.S. law, that of her son, even though he was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on Dec. 22, 1970.

The Cruz for President campaign provided Breitbart News exclusively with the birth certificate.

Yeah - it’s merely a “Certificate of Live Birth”, not a real birth certificate. And there are obvious indications that the names and dates have been altered. And besides what does this matter, she became a Canadian citizen prior to Ted’s birth. In addition, “natural born” means you have to be born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizens. And that’s not enough either. You need to have a last name of Smith or Jones. Cruz is Hispanic and indicates that your allegiances do not lie with the U.S., but with countries in Hispaniola.

(Have I covered all the objections?)

I just read Trump’s father was of German ancestry, but born in the U.S. Trump’s mother was born in Scotland, but a naturalized American citizen. Donald was born in the U.S. Donald Trump has shown his birth certificate long ago...he’s eligible!

Of course it was a legitimate issue. It still is.
***********************************************
Now, about Trump’s “understandings” with the MAFIA. We need to get those aired out before the general election. Should we start now with THAT legitimate issue?

Ted Cruz
Wikipedia
Rafael Edward "Ted" Cruz (born December 22, 1970) is an American politician who is the junior U.S. Senator from Texas.

Early life and ancestry
Wikipedia
Ted Cruz was born on December 22, 1970,[3][4] in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to parents Eleanor Elizabeth (Darragh) Wilson and Rafael Bienvenido Cruz.[5][6][7] At the time of his birth, Cruz' parents were working in the oil business as owners of a seismic-data processing firm for oil drilling.[6][8][9][10][11] Cruz has said, “I’m the son of two mathematicians/computer programmers.”[12]

Rafael Cruz was born in Cuba, and his father was from the Canary Islands in Spain. Ted Cruz's mother was born in Wilmington, Delaware, and is of three quarters Irish and one quarter Italian ancestry.[13][14] His father left Cuba in 1957 to attend the University of Texas at Austin, obtained political asylum in the United States after his four-year student visa expired, and became a Canadian citizen during his eight-year stay in that country.[15] Rafael Cruz ultimately became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2005.[6][16][17][18] His mother earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Rice University in the 1950s.[19] Eleanor and Rafael Cruz divorced in 1997.[20]

Cruz had two older half-sisters from his father's previous marriage, Miriam Ceferina Cruz and Roxana Lourdes Cruz. Miriam, who had several brushes with the law during the 1990s and 2000s including charges of theft and public intoxication, died of a prescription drug overdose on January 10, 2011.[20] Roxana, who has declined media interviews, is a physician in Texas.[20][21][22] Cruz also had a half-brother, Michael Wilson (1960–1965), from his mother's previous marriage. He first learned of him from his mother during his teenage years.[22]

Rafael Cruz moved his family to Texas in 1974.[23] When he was a child, Ted Cruz's mother told him that she would have to make an affirmative act to claim Canadian citizenship for him, so his family assumed that he did not hold Canadian citizenship.[24] In August 2013, after the Dallas Morning News pointed out that Cruz had dual Canadian-American citizenship,[25] he applied to formally renounce his Canadian citizenship and ceased being a citizen of Canada on May 14, 2014.[24][26]

Rarely seen in this day and age. I have stressed good penmanship with my kids. My two daughters have excellent penmanship. My son? Well, I think he’ll make a good doctor some day.

It’s been decided.

“A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) of the INA provided the U.S. citizen parent was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen, is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen, is required for physical presence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.) The U.S. citizen parent must be the genetic or the gestational parent and the legal parent of the child under local law at the time and place of the child’s birth to transmit U.S. citizenship.”

No amount of insults or bravado will change the fact that Cruz is not a natural born citizen. He may eventually prove that he is an American citizen by virtue of his mother but that’s the best he can do.

Your tag line is very apropos:
"One day I will leave this world and dream myself to Reality"

Until the definition of “Natural Born Citizen” has been decided once and for all the the SCOTUS, the threat of litigation remains for Senator Cruz.

So, about Trump’s mother...do we have PROOF that the British stripped her of British citizenship upon her naturalization as a US citizen?

Well, I read a post today that said one would have to register the birth with the US government.

I for sure don’t know the ins and outs of all this and wonder why it’s so complicated. Either you’re born here of citizen parents or not. I thought natural born referred to this exactly.

Yeah, you can be a citizen with a citizen parent...like my family members...but are they natural born? They have divided loyalties I know that..and seems to me that is what the framers wanted to avoid.

Wouldn’t it be cool if this was a planned ploy (by Donald and Ted)

I have suspicions (and hopes) of a skillful long game being played that puts Cruz in the White House.

More likely much of England wants Trump banned...and of the 270,000+ who signed the petition, I’d like to know how many were part of the 3 million Muslims in the UK now.

Maybe Trump can talk about how many people came to see him in Mobile. That’s something he hasn’t really touched on before. The series issues.

That’s what people keep telling them, but they think they can just talk it away, and hope the Democrats dont bother because they are such nice fellows.
*******************************************************************************
Now, about Trump’s working relationship with the New York/New Jersey MAFIA. Surely we don’t hope that the ‘RATS won’t bother with those little details?

Now to get a copy of his FS-240, Consular Record of Birth Abroad / CRBA. That, on it's own, is sufficient to find US citizenship at birth. Mom's birth certificate is a support document for obtaining a CRBA.

You'll never see the FS-240. The shouts of the Cruz supporters saying "See? See?" right now will accomplish the same thing now as the same shouts from democrats did when Obama produced proof of his Hawaiin birth.
