I’m not a lawyer but it seems that giving the order puts her in jeopardy regardless of whether he acted on it.
As the material was clearly ‘secure’ prior to re-transmission, it’s not as though we’d be able to see the follow-up e-mail showing it WAS (illegally) done.
Lastly, I’d bet this the 1st ‘found’ of many such SNAFUs from Cankles.
Though, I have to wonder if the DoS released these to get ahead of what Judicial Watch has with all their FOIA responses?

I’m not a lawyer either but I have figured out that in some situations intent is all that matters but in others results are all that matters. I have never been able to figure that out.
