This sounded big at first, but it's weakining. I don't like the weasel word suggests. Is nonpaper a common word in cabinet communications? Does it mean email or does it mean redacted? Is it common parlance or jargon? Earlier this week the headlines talked about Hillary exploiting loopholes. Was that a setup for this pending information, like a pre-leak setup before the release of information?

I bet they've known about this email for years. Did somebody leak to State that others know about this email forcing State to release it?

Here is another email in which Hillary manipulated the classified markers - this time she did it personally... "removing their email info". This is exactly what someone would do if they were trying to skirt around the handling of classified information, and yet still kinda try to keep it under wraps.

Again... smacks of a routine operation.
