Ugh…that brings to memory a hideous Holiday Inn in St. Louis years ago. After having car trouble, we checked in at 1:00 AM and checked out at 1:05, choosing to sleep in the car.
I think I may have everyone beat.
Long story, but we found ourselves in a very small TX town in the middle of the night years ago.
We stayed at the only motel, the “It’ll Do Motel”.
It really didn’t.
