One thing I never understand, where does the guy stand if he accidentally knocks one up, and she wants to kill his kid? He has no rights, period??
If the freedom regarding the decision belongs solely to the woman, why doesn’t the sole responsibility for the decision belong to the woman?
He has the right to pay for the child, if she decides against killing it.
If she wants to murder the baby, he is treated as a disinterested bystander.
Note that I am not disputing that the man has a responsibility to provide for the child - but we were talking about rights, not responsibilities.
